First try removing the battery and reinserting it. If you have one of the new replica cores make sure the switch on the core is in the on position. If you are not able to charge you saber after that please contact for more instructions.
Your entire saber, blade included is covered by our warranty. Normal usage is completely covered.
A 5 volt 1 amp charger is the recommended charging block for all sabers. Nothing that says fast charge or came with a cell phone should be used.
All sabers have a 4-6 week wait time for processing and shipping, however any order in the US that is currently stocked will ship faster due to shipping times in the US. Other orders will ship at a slower pace as they are shipped from vendor company.
