**Starforge Sabers Refund and Returns Policy**

**Overview**

At Starforge Sabers, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your saber must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned, including:
– Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
– Intimate or sanitary items
– Hazardous materials
– Flammable liquids or gases

**Additional non-returnable items:**
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt).

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.

**Partial Refunds**
Certain conditions may allow for only partial refunds:
– Items with obvious signs of use
– Any product that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

**Sale Items**
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

**Exchanges**
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

**Gifts**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If it was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

**Shipping Returns**
To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs. These are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
